LCS would like to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Spring Break. #lindeneaglepride

Thank you Linden Masonic lodge for the bikes and prizes for our March Reading Madness finals!

March Madness continues at Linden Elementary.

Please allow up to a 10-20 minute delay for Elementary Green Diamond this morning.

Linden Elementary Literacy Night is starting at 5:30. Come join the fun!

LCS will be closed on Friday, March 10. With the current and pending weather conditions, and the ongoing accumulation of snow, we feel that closing down the district is the safest decision. We will continue to assess the conditions within our district and make additional announcements regarding after school activities later this afternoon. Please be safe.

Don't forget! Spring Photos at Linden Elementary tomorrow morning!

We had a visit from our SRO, Officer Williams. He talked to us about what policemen do and how they help us!

Thank you PALS for sponsoring author Bill Hoffman to read his book, Five Goodnight Kisses. Every student received an autographed copy.

It's Flashlight Friday in Mrs. Phifer's class.

Mrs. Harrison from the Genesee District Library was our guest reader today. Linden Elementary's 2nd grade students have been visiting her at the downtown library all year. It was a treat to have her visit us.

The students loved their first trip to the new media center for library! It was a great way to kick off March is Reading Month!

Way to SOAR Kindergarten friends! All of these kiddos were rocking it and earned SOAR tickets over the past few days!

We had our first experience in the new library today. It was so fun to check out our books. We were building a love of reading while enjoying the relaxing space!

We played a math relay game on our SmartBoard today. Students had to write an addition, or subtraction sentence, and the person behind them had to solve it. We had a fun time!

Mrs. G's class had so much fun learning about exotic animals!

We are loving our new library and are so excited to be able to use this space!

Learning with and from each other! Students led the discussion on chain reactions by creating their own examples and explaining them to their classmates!

We had a special guest come in and do a fun science experiment/food treat for Valentine's Day...we love combining food and learning!

Using our smart boards to play a fun game of concentration to learn about Black History month in our Scholastic News magazines.
